Passing the Torch:

In January, Brian Jones, our firm's founding CEO asked me to succeed him in this role as he assumes the position as Jones Brown's Chairman.

I am extremely honored to become Jones Brown's 2nd Chief Executive Officer as we enter the next phase of our development. So much has changed during the 12 years since we launched the firm...or, has it? There is no doubt that how we transact our business has changed dramatically and will continue to do so at an accelerated pace as technology advancements push us (sometimes reluctantly) to re-think almost everything we do.

Social Media is re-defining how we connect with our employees, our insurers - and, most especially,
our clients.

Still, I remain convinced that one thing will never change. Regardless of the medium we use to sell our products, we will only be successful over the long term by delivering world class service as defined by each of our stakeholders. Thank you for helping us reach this point in our evolution; however, we need you more than ever to help us achieve the lofty goals we've set for the next 10 years!
