- Joined a Calgary tier two brokerage in 1985 (Thompson & Company), eventually acquiring
the firm and serving as its President from 1988 to 1997 when it was sold - Joined Jones Brown in 2000 serving as Managing Partner and Executive Vice President
for western operations until being promoted to President & Chief Operating Officer in 2007
